This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Edition uses, and how you can control them. The short version: we keep them to the essentials and use no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing you need to accept or reject, and you will not see a cookie banner.
1. What we use
We only use what the site needs to work and stay secure. To protect the site and the sign-up form from bots and abuse we use Cloudflare, including its Turnstile check; this may set a strictly necessary item that keeps the site secure. Anything strictly necessary like this does not require your consent, because the site cannot work safely without it. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Policy.
2. How we measure the site — without cookies
To understand how the site is used we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies. It does not store anything on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
3. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not need a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first, with an equally easy way to accept or decline, and update this page.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items may stop parts of the site working.
5. Changes
We will update this page if our use of cookies changes, and update the date above.
